This is accomplished through medical representatives, with samples, printed information leaflets, promotional tools, and sponsorship of educational events and conferences to doctors and pharmacies.
Vinipharma takes over all the responsibilities for ethical and professional advertising of medicinal products according to the Directive 2001/83/EC (article 97)
Vinipharma through the department of Regulatory Affairs (RA) based on a confidential contract with its partners, can undertake to follow the process of registration of drugs in the Albanian Drug Control Agency, pharmacovigilance services by specialized and trained persons as well as any other necessary variation or process related to the status of drugs in this agency.
